As Celtrino’s founder and Managing Director, Ken leads the company’s product development and technical operations from the firms’ Dublin headquarters. Over the past 20 years Ken has demonstrated market leadership in developing and taking to market commercial supply chain services and software.
Ken has almost 30 years international experience working in major ICT projects. A passionate advocate of supply chain automation and Smart Admin™ processes, Ken is considered an authority on European e-invoicing legislation, accounts payable workflow automation, price/product alignment and ledger alignment processes. Ken has worked closely with many of the leading players in the Retail Grocery Sector especially in the management of business process change as part of the successful deployment of Supply Chain Document Automation projects.
Ken has an MSc in Microelectronics and an honours degree in Electronic Engineering from Trinity College Dublin. Ken is a proponent of life-long learning being a regular participant in business, technology and personal development courses.
John Behan joined Celtrino in 1992, and is currently Director of Sales, where he has prime responsibility for Customer Accounts.
John has many years experience in the Information Technology Industry. Areas of expertise include the management of major e-commerce projects in retail grocery, transport, insurance, electronics and public administration sectors, together with the project management and implementation of EDI, EDI messaging standards, XML communications, e-commerce, and architectural design of electronic trading solutions. John has made an immense contribution to delivering supply chain cost reduction through automation for most of the largest FMCG companies in Ireland. John is a true believer in the need to frame all investments with the end consumer in mind.

Patrick Redfern is responsible for the business development of Celtrino's product portfolio, and the management of key customer accounts.
Patrick has many years experience in business development, and has worked with leading multi nationals (Western Digital Corp, Standard Microsystems Corp) across Europe in delivering solutions vital to customer business processes. He has also served as a Technical account manager for OEM clients such as IBM, NCR, OLIVETTI, APRICOT and NOKIA as well as the leading distributors and resellers in Europe. More
Patrick has successfully blended his passion and belief in the true commercial value of Celtrino's product and service portfolio to our customers with a deep understanding of the FMCG industry business process outsourcing and its commercial drivers in general.
Patrick has, working closely with key clients and our professional services teams, contributed to the evolution of Celtrino extensive suite of subscribed managed Services delivered in an increasingly affordable Software as a Service [SaaS] model
Patrick graduated in 1983 from NIHE (University Limerick) with Electronic Engineering- Computer Engineering, and also holds the JEB Teacher Dip. in IT.
His extensive international career has assisted him to towards fluency in German and a passion for Irish and Celtic history.
Patrick is also a member of IBITI.
Mary joined Celtrino in 2006 as Financial Controller. Mary brings a wealth of experience to the finance department, building on a very successful career in the airline and aerospace industries.
In her career to date, Mary has acquired a considerable amount of financial and management experience by deploying her skills across a number of positions including Financial Analyst, Financial Controller, Human Resources Manager and Company Secretary.
Mary graduated from UCD with a Bachelor of Commerce and Hip Dip in Ed.
Michael is the Head of Marketing with Celtrino where he is responsible for leading brand strategy, strategic marketing, public relations, and product marketing. His career spans 20 years of hi tech business-to-business marketing for both Fortune 500 and innovative start-ups in 5 markets on 4 continents.
Prior to joining Celtrino in 2009, Michael served as the VP Marketing of Openmind Networks, a leading provider of innovative messaging products to mobile operators across the globe. Before Openmind, Michael was the European Marketing Director at Lionbridge Technologies, a $450M translation, localization and testing services company. Before Lionbridge, Michael served as Global Marketing Manager at Logica Mobile Networks, the $2billion global leader in wireless messaging and payments software. More
Michael began his career in the tourism industry spending five years as a sales and marketing manager heading up global branding and sales initiatives.
Michael holds postgraduate qualifications in marketing from the College of Marketing and the Irish Management Institute, and a BA from University College Dublin. His commentary and/or bylined articles have appeared in the Irish Times, Irish Independent, Sunday Business Post, Mobile Messaging Analyst, Computer Scope and Inside Knowledge.
As Head of Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Declan McCormack is responsible for strategy, planning and provision of the ICT resources, systems, applications, infrastructure and support services that enable Celtrino to meet its business objectives and deliver excellence to its customers.
During a career spanning almost 20 years, Declan has worked in software engineering positions for companies such as Vision Consulting, Lucent (JNA) Technologies and Bank of Ireland, researching, designing and developing telecommunications, e-Commerce, financial and B2B supply chain automation applications. The combination of this experience with his energy, customer focus and business management skills have been key factors in Declan’s appointment to ICT resource and systems management positions in Bank of Ireland and Celtrino. Since joining Celtrino in 2002, Declan has implemented best practice organisation structures and processes and has been key in establishing our reputation for delivering innovative ICT solutions that provide real business value. He puts a strong emphasis on the importance of building relationships with our customers based on openness and trust. This approach has allowed Celtrino gain in-depth knowledge of customer business processes better enabling us to help our customers in the areas that we can be most effective. Declan has managed and led Celtrino’s role in several major projects, such as SAP implementations, B2B and Online Ordering solutions for a range of our key clients including Unilever, Birds Eye, John Player & Sons, Musgrave and BWG.
Declan holds a B.Sc in Computer Applications from Dublin City University and a M.Sc in Management of Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin and has carried out and published academic research in RFID technology and its relevance to the Retail sector in Ireland.
Geoffrey is the Chairman of Celtrino where he is responsible for leading the strategic management of the business. His career spans more than 25 years in technology led business, 20 years of which were spent in a senior corporate management capacity with US listed PLCs, and the balance with small to medium European companies on a global basis.
Prior to joining Celtrino in 2009, Geoffrey served as the Operations Director of United Technologies Corporation plc, a leading provider of electronic security solutions. Before UTC, Geoffrey spent 13 years as Country Manager at GE Security, General Electric plc, which designs innovative electronic security technology and software solutions. Before GE, Geoffrey served 6 years as General Manager at Bose, which produces a range of electronic consumer and professional audio products. More
Geoffrey began his career in the industrial seals industry with Martin Merkel Gmbh.
Geoffrey holds a B.Sc in Business Management from Trinity College Dublin and postgraduate qualifications in Six Sigma from General Electric plc.
Geoffrey is a keen sailor and a member of the National Yacht Club in Dun Laoghaire.
